your

QUESTIONS

Your wedding day is going to be amazing and you want to make sure you have an experienced wedding photographer who can capture your day just as amazing. I’ve compiled a list of some frequently asked questions to help you. I understand now every wedding is same so please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any special request.

How do we book you?

Please contact me with your wedding date, hours of cover you would need me for, and your wedding venue so I can check my availability. If I am available I will send you a quote then eventually a booking form. Please a deposit is required to secure the date.

What type of packages and services you offer?
I understand that planning a wedding, finding and booking so many different vendors is not an easy task with so many options out there its get complicated that’s why I have very simple packages depending on your budget. My basic package that could be either part or full day is the Digital Package you can simply add album later if you wish to. Please refer to Pricing page for more info.
Are you insured?
Yes I am fully insured to work across any venue. I have public liability and indemnity insurance in place. Not to forget equipment insurance for my added peace of mind.
Do you have a backup plan?
A professional wedding photographer should always have a robust back up plan. I shoot with two cameras and a third or even a forth in my car just in case. My cameras have two slots of memory cards so every picture is recording twice on each camera. When I get home I back up photos to 2-3 different source. So be assured your photos would be in right hands.
What type of equipments do you use?
I use full frame DSLR with great quality lenses to be able to take nice photos in any given light. I tend to shoot with natural light if possible but I have wide range of flashes too.
How does the album process work?
If you have selected a package with album or have added it after I will send your edited photos with sequential numbers so you can make a list of photos that you would want to include in your album, after that I will design your album and send you a proof to approve or ask for revision. Once the album is sent for printing you can expect your beautiful album to be with you with 2-3 weeks.
If i'm getting married in evening or in dark venue?
Worry not, that’s where our top quality lenses and cameras save the day plus not forgetting the flashes that I can use too.
Do you offer discounted prices?
Like any other professional wedding vender, we photographers would like to be busy during winter or week days as well. So it’s a norm to see discounted rates/packages for this. Please contact me if you are getting married on week days (Mon-Thu) or Nov-March to discuss.
We hate having our photos taken is that going to be a problem?

Absolutely not! I provide unobstructive, relaxed and candid photography that’s my speciality. If you want I would make you feel I am not there at all.

What happen after we book you?
now just relax and be assured you are in safe hands. I will get in touch near the time to make sure all the details are still correct and if there is any changes. We will also go through the plan of your day.
do you charge for travel?
Up to 2 hours of travel I have it included in my packages that would cover all of Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and the London. If it’s more than that then we will discuss it as usually I would want to be staying in a hotel near the venue to minimise risk to not being able to make it on the day due to traffic.
Do we need to meet?
Not necessarily, we can chat over the email, or speak over the phone, or even skype but if you do want to meet then we can arrange a convenient date, time and  meeting point.
